Staff is very friendly and generous.
Me and my friends went out for a walk, and one friend felt dizzy in front of the hotel. She almost lost consciousness. We were splashing her with the water and barely holding her. One staff member saw us from the window and came quickly to help. We brought her back to hotel and staff (I think one of them is hotel owner) measured her blood pressure and made her lemonade with garlic.
Room was also clean and tidy.
The hotel is a huge NO for me. Our room (107) was small and it's hard to fit more than one suitcase inside. Bathroom was terrible- shower cabin is tiny, the shower head can't rotate, there was silicone filling all over the floor, the water in shower cabin can't drain properly, the glass panels of shower cabin were moving, the faucets were dirty, flush button for toilet was almost falling from the wall. Someone forgot knife in the bathroom. The heater worked only for one night. We spilled coffee on one bed and asked to have the sheet changed. The gentleman from day shift asked us why we need to have clean sheet. What was that stupid question and that's not proper reaction from hotel staff! The gentleman from night shift was barely speaking English. Having Wifi is good advantage so we can use Google Translate to say what we need. Minibar fridge was working on the bare minimum. Breakfast is huge disappointment- they offer basic stuff and the restaurant is relatively small. Eggs, salami, cheese, fruits and veggies, bread, jams, olives. The view from hotel restaurant is nice. Location of the hotel is not wow. Yes, it's close to main streets and tram, but you need to use narrow staircase to reach upper street and walking to main street is uphill. For me this hotel is a NO.
Great place to stay, room was small but adequate, clean.
Reception staff friendly and helpful, location was good as plenty of restaurants close by.
Breakfast was very good on the top floor, plenty of choice and always refreshed.
I would reccomend this hotel
The worst hotel ever. Very small rooms with tiny bathrooms. The bedspread was dirty . The staff was not friendly except the receptionist was kind and helpful. The breakfast was poor.. I can't forget the rudness of the chef who was yelling at his staff every morning. Big dislike to this hotel
The hotel is near Sultanahmet area(within 15 min walk or 5min tram). Room was big, cleaned every day, towels changed. Very helpful and friendly staff. Tipical Turkish breakfast, the same every day, but in the taras with the view on Marmara …
The hotel is close to tram (few min. walk) Aksaray station. With tram you can reach Sultanahmet area in few min. Many other attractions within walking distance. Average but clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast same every …
This is the worst hotel in Instanbul! Definitely don’t recommend it. We waited for 6 hours for our rooms and they didn’t even asked us for water! Actually they wanted us to pay for it! The staff is very unfriendly and done talk English!
The view is good but the hotel rooms are one of the worst hygenic rooms, the people who work there are nice but the rooms are not so.Food is also a half star but not so special.
